We are currently looking for a person within Shoes Raw Material Research & Engineering area who will join our dynamic team in Vigonza (Padova).

How you will contribute

  • Supporto nell’organizzazione delle attività di industrializzazione dei nuovi materiali per il campionario e la produzione;
  • Seguire l’inserimento e l’aggiornamento a sistema PLM delle fasi di industrializzazione e la redazione di reportistica specifica per i monitoraggi e gli avanzamenti con interfaccia ufficio acquisti e industrializzazione prodotto finito;
  • Interfaccia con le concerie e con i calzaturifici in merito allo stato di avanzamento delle messe a punto dei pellami e della resa su montaggio;
  • Supporto nelle attività di messe a punto colori per la produzione, seguire il monitoraggio e la pianificazione degli sblocchi dei primi lotti di produzione.

Who you are

  • Una risorsa con esperienza lavorativa di almeno 3-5 anni nel settore conciario/calzaturiero;
  • Formazione in discipline economiche/tecniche di prodotto;
  • Buona conoscenza dei processi calzaturieri (modelleria, taglio, orlatura, montaggio e finissaggio);
  • Buona conoscenza dei sistemi informatici (gestionali e pacchetto Office);
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e di problem solving;
  • Forte flessibilità e dinamismo;
  • Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio italiano e all’estero.
