Role Objective: The Role is to ensure the correct stock management for retail and wholesale and provide Anti Money Laundering Compliance functions according to 115 Federal Law Good command of English and economic (alternatively legal) education are required

Responsibilities :

Stock management

Direct contact with Store Manager, DCV, merchandising and importation team of Ulysse Nardin.

· Ensure that replenishment is carried out where necessary and that stock level is maintained according

to client demands, model stock.

· To place and follow up of clients and partners requests

· Liaise with Inventory control and Ulysse Nardin logistic, accounting department regarding deliveries,

stock transfers, stock takes and stock adjustments

· To follow up consignments in accordance with the Company’s consignment policy

· Action regular shipments

· Forecast and assortment definition in cooperation with retail and wholesale team

· To supervise price adjustments, to check if price lists for the boutique are duly signed and kept

· To control stock take procedure is duly conducted

· Control of after-sales and repair procedure, checking invoices in the end of the month by comparing

with the woks fulfilled

Participating in different projects

· Kering Environmental reporting with the help of local finance department

· Participating in marking (labelling) project if occurs

AML Compliance Officer

o Drafting the policies and monitoring their compliance with the Russian AML Law;

o Communicating on the procedures internally, advising and training employees who will be

implementing them;

o Implementing procedures of customer checks;

o Organizing and maintaining the storage of the information collected in the course of the

customer verification procedures;

o Assessing the AML and terrorism financing risks based on the information collected via

customer checks;

o Reporting suspicious transactions
