Pomellato is looking for his/her passionate e-commerce specialist!
Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, the eCommerce Specialist will work on the ongoing optimization of e-commerce related initiatives. He/she will perform E-Commerce excellence across operations, perfomance marketing and UX optimization. This role closely partners with other key functions within the marketing and retail teams.
Area Of Responsibilities/Key Tasks
Sales Budget and KPIs forecasting and monitoring
Action Plan and P&L
Net Sales reporting and benchmarking
E-commerce Costs Budget planning and monitoring
Daily e-Store management
Briefing external partners for Implementation of new features and tools
Google Analytics performance monitoring
Buying, merchandising and catalogue management
Templates setting for the launch of new products
Definition of promotional activities and tools to boost sales and optimize the customer experience
Collaboration with Digital Content and the Digital Media Teams
Stock monitoring and returns processing
In-bound shipment documents preparation and FTP upload
Customer Care and Logistic Department support
Cross channel activities coordination and follow up
Corporate online sales catalogue management
Wholesale e-commerce development
Technical And Job-related Competence Requirements
Good Knowledge of Google Analytics.
Mastery of MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
Strong analytical skills and attention to details.

Previous Work Experience
Approximately 1-3 years’ relevant experience in managing e-commerce operations and merchandising.
Experience in performance marketing is a plus.
