GUCCI EMEA HR Cost Controlling Specialist

Role Mission Reporting directly to the EMEA Head of Financial Reporting and Consolidation, the EMEA HR Cost Controlling Specialist will ensure the excellence in the management of personnel costs in the EMEA region, supporting the Top Management decisions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordination of Budget processes, working closely with Finance, Retail and Regional HR Team
  • Analysis of personnel costs through the specific and dedicated tools
  • Guarantee the consistency and quality data in the HR and Finance systems, also with the complete or partial revision the existing processes
  • Periodic analysis of personnel costs and evolution of FTE (variance analysis, recruitment trends, vacant positions ...)
  • Design and implement ad hoc analysis in order to provide useful insight and information to the business

Key requirements

  • Degree in Economics or Engineering
  • Previous experience of 4/years in a similar role
  • Previous experience in implementation and integration of HR and Finance IS
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel)
  • The knowledge of PowerPivot/PowerBI or similar tools will be considered a plus
  • Strong analytical capability and the ability to generate insights that will lead to actions
  • Wide overview in the problem solving
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
