Your Opportunity …Is within the Store Planning Department for EMEAIR Region. The Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring the budgets assigned to each projects and works closely with the regional Store Planning Director and also with EMEAIR store planning team, Gucci and Kering departments, consultants and contractors in the renovation of existing or development of new stores from initial quotation to invoicing.

How you will contribute (key accountabilities)

  • Cost Control:
    Develop and maintain cost summary (cost plan) of each project until completion Review of invoices, coordinating the information with the project managers
    Provide presentations, analysis and documents for budget, forecast meetings and reporting to support the business
    Monthly review with Regional Finance dept. of invoicing and cash out process
  • Administrative activities:
    Assist to the contractual process and administrative / fiscal issues related to the projects
    Monitor the invoicing process for EMEAIR countries and collaborate with EMEAIR administration and finance departments on execution of the payment process for each acquisition related to the store planning projects
  • Store Planning Support:
    Assist Director of Store Planning in multi project scheduling for departmental master schedule forecasting
    Support Store Planning team with administrative tasks

Things That Should Be in Your Background

  • Previous experience at least of 1-2 years in similar roles
  • Degree in Economics, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
  • Strong Teamworking skill
  • Strong numerical & analytical skills
