As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the team demonstrates exceptional service culture and client experience, representing the brand as a Gucci Ambassador by promoting its values.

·Develop a client engagement mindset, with the purpose of building long lasting relationships with clientele.
·Lead and structure the execution of clientelling initiatives with the store team, developing actions to reach the goals and KPIs.
·Have a 360 vision of the store in order to develop, structure and implement action plans to improve the store KPIs and product performance.
·Guarantee the expected conditions for visual guidelines implementation for the Floor, making people aware of maintenance issues.
·Responsible for achieving the target by category for your area of responsibility through product category performance.
