Role Mission Our goal as Global Talent Acquisition at Gucci is to attract, spot and hire unique talents worldwide for accelerated business results. We also act as an innovative and effective global competence center supporting our recruiters and hiring managers worldwide in developing and implementing unique assessment tools and in finding solutions to enhance an exceptional the Gucci candidate experience. As Global Talent Acquisition Partner you will recruit the best fitting Talents for Gucci HQ. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will join an enthusiastic, dynamic and highly experienced team. The role can be based in Florence or Milan.

Key Accountability

  • Own and manage every stage of the recruiting and candidate lifecycle
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to develop a sourcing strategy for current and future needs
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to create talent pipelines for specific departments and areas of oversight
  • Source candidates from relevant networks, jobsites, associations, internal databases, team member referrals and passive candidates through networking and research
  • Organize and conduct briefing meetings to analyse and discuss in depth new job openings
  • Screen candidates, schedule and conduct all phone and face to face interviews
  • Ensuring a great candidate experience through the entire candidate journey with Gucci following the established standards for the Employer Branding at Gucci
  • Contribute to preparation of offers
  • Focus on helping Gucci to build diverse and inclusive teams
  • Track and analyse recruiting metrics

You will also actively contribute to different projects carried out in the Global Talent Acquisition (with local, regional and global scope) and participate to Career days.

Things That Should Be in Your Background

  • Willing to be located in Florence or Milan
  • University degree
  • Fluency in both English and Italian
  • 2+ years of proven experience as Talent Acquisition expert in a global or regional Recruitment team
  • Sound operational recruitment experience including sourcing candidates through multiple channels (web/social/professional networks, etc.) 
  • Working experience in multinational matrix organizations
  • MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in working with Workday system will be a plus
