Mission
The order management staff will be responsible for timely and correct management of orders for different categories at WW level from their acquisition to fulfillment.
The person in charge of this role will manage the orders’ cycle in compliance with defined procedures, timelines and priorities by interfacing with the corporate functions involved in the process.
Key Accountabilities
- Customer Master data modification and creation of different orders flow (Wholesalers and Direct Customers orders);
- Orders import and creation during the sales campaign;
- Orders cancellation and monitor of data consistency;
- Contact with Customers to manage orders requests and to monitor orders status;
- Monitor of the respect of customers priorities for deliveries;
- Reporting and monitor of the order status to provide feedbacks to several corporate functions and to guarantee the correct information for operative and strategic decision;
- Coordinate with Logistics and Warehousing to release shipments according to the different priorities and follow the billing and delivery of products.
Key Requirements
- Experience in similar position from 1 to 3 years;
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- Fluency in English;
- Experience in using Office package: Word, Excel, PPT and Business Intelligence tools to produce report and KPIs;
- Experience in ERP AS400/SAP:
- Detail oriented and extreme accuracy;
- Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong teamwork skills;
- Ability to handle multiple proposal/deadlines at once.
