Within the Global Product Care ( After sales) Department and reporting to the Global Head of Product Care, the Global Product Care Process Excellence Manager is responsible for the optimal engineering of product care processes and systems adopted in the Global and regional product care teams as well as in the stores/client services and all departments involved in the product care activities. The role will act as a center of expertise for the Global Product Care Department on processes design and implementation, either on demand by product care teams or proactively proposing processes and systems improvements.

Key Accountabilities
 

  • Global Product Care Process Mapping: flows review, bottle neck and critical points identification, root cause analysis and process re – engineering
  • Proactively identifies product care processes and tools that can be improved (e.g. during regional visits) and actively propose solution to the impacted team (Global Product Care, regional Product Care, Production Business Units, etc.), managing as well the solution implementation
  • Provides support to Global Product Care teams in processes and systems implementation: conducts training and roll – out
  • Supervises operational support activities on Product Care System for all its users (1 FTE/day)
  • Collaborates with Kering IT for the design, implementation and update of the Product Care systems, providing strong functional analyses and business requirements
  • Design, implementation and management of Support Model to Final user, in line with Product Care designed processes, technical issues and new system changes
  • Support to System Master Data & Technical documentation development and maintenance
  • Provides monitoring tools and support in processes implementation
  • People management of a small team (3HC)

Job requirements:

  • Graduate degree, preferably in Management Engineering/Software Engineering
  • 3/4 years of proven working experience in a similar role. Experience in After Sales roles is considered a plus
  • Proven track record of continuous improvement programs implementation, meeting functional requests in a reactive and flexible way
  • Strong analytical profile with experience in functional analysis, process reengineering and systems design, preferably with a global scope
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Very good communication skills
  • Strong problem solver with the ability to analyze cause and effect relationships
  • Fluency in English and Italian is a must
  • Ability to interact at various organizational levels, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • People management skills
  • Ideally, interested in: ERP system and data management, optimization models, project management, manufacturing and logistics management, Quality management, Customer care
