Your opportunity
You will be supporting the Facility Supervisor of Kering Italia developing General Services’ improvements.
How you will contribute
Support Facility Management team by coordinating sustainable mobility of the Company with efficiency and proficiency, managing relationships with service providers and providing daily support to internal customers
Coordinate internal car pooling services, estimate needs, manage employees’ daily requests and coordinate services with providers and other team members
Support Facility Management team in progressing the ongoing projects and activities related to certifications for all the Company buildings (such as LEED, WELL)
Support Facility and other internal functions in managing Employees’ engagement plans, coordinating external providers and supporting internal role players to implement programs, interventions and actions
Support Facility Management team in coordinating the space occupancy software of all the buildings, managing the relationship with service providers and providing daily support to internal customers
Liaise with other teams, such as Security, H&S, HR, Sustainability to manage ordinary and extraordinary activities
Who you are
Professional with former experience in similar roles, possibly in luxury groups
You have high ethical standards, integrity and high level of discretion
You are motivated, reliable and organized; you pay great attention to details
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Proficient user of MS Office suite and of the most common management tools
Fluent in English and Italian both spoken and written
