Kering is a major player in the luxury sector We are currently seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition dedicated to the Corporate functions in Italy and Switzerland, who will report to the Global Corporate HR Director, as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

Your opportunity

You will lead the Kering Corporate Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise dedicated to Italy and Switzerland and you will be responsible for guaranteeing excellence of the Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives and a high level of candidates and internal stakeholders’ satisfaction. Working directly with HR and business leaders, you will implement an efficient, inclusive, competitive and cost-effective recruitment plan, in a context of increasing research and complexity of labour market.

How you will contribute

  • Manage the relationship with our strategic internal teams (HR business partners, HR directors, business leaders), working as a facilitator to create a strong partnership and ensuring a close and effective collaboration and a constant alignment on recruitment needs, processes and strategy
  • Maintain an up-to-date view of activity and performance managed by all the Corporate TA Italy and Switzerland team, acting as an escalation point for conflicts, risks, issues, action items and driving a timely response
  • Manage TA inputs and outputs associated with Corporate short- and long-term workforce and workload planning. Proactively identify gap areas and apply or develop solutions
  • Work together with the team to support a constant focus on continuous improvement and to maintain the team members engaged and high performing
  • Manage directly searches for the different functions in your scope, with the objective of identifying candidates who have high potential and are aligned with the mission, vision, and values of the organization; together with your team, build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to effectively minimize the time required to fill open positions
  • Report the Corporate TA Team activities, progresses and KPIs on a regular basis; guarantee a regular and consistent feedback on the performance of the recruitment process, in cooperation with the other Corporate TA teams
  • Liaise with external recruitment agencies, negotiating conditions, timing and budget as needed
  • Be responsible of the dedicated TA budget definition and management
  • Work closely with other CoEs (e.g., HR Cost Controlling, C&B, Talent Development, Learning), to solve and deliver required results
  • Work together with the HR Group teams to track, and, when needed, execute employer branding, learning and global talent acquisition activities
  • Be the Workday Champion for your dedicated area, acting as referent point for all the HR and business stakeholders

Who you are

  • You have a strong recruitment background with established success in leading teams and managing supplier relationships across global organizations
  • Highly knowledgeable about recruitment processes; expertise in Corporate, Finance, IT and Supply Chain and Logistics functions as a plus
  • An excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills both within the team and with HR and business partners
  • You have strong team spirit
  • Effective project manager, able to set up priorities and perform under challenging deadlines, working in compliance with confidentiality and high ethical standards
  • Data-driven, with test-and-learn approach to address challenges
  • Experienced about combining hands-on and strategic work
  • Well organized and flexible at the same time
  • Sensible to Inclusion and Diversity themes
  • Proactive, curious and with a positive approach
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Power Point as a must)
  • Knowledgeable about Workday and/or agile on IT tools and platforms
  • Fluent in Italian and English; French knowledge as a plus
