We are currently seeking a Key Account in our dynamic offices in Barcelona

Your opportunity

The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for managing and developing the business with the main Top Accounts of the country. The main objective of the role is to actively drive sales and achieve budget targets by building and implementing sales and trade marketing plans with each of them.

How you will contribute

Build Joint Sales and Marketing Plans with Top Accounts.

Build Budget and Sales Plans by customer in cooperation with Head of Sales and HQ.

Propose assortment plans and trade marketing activities in cooperation with the Marketing Manager

Discuss with the customer and set up in cooperation with the HQ Planning Department, the most suitable supply chain processes in order to ensure the highest service level and orders fulfilment rate i.e. collaborative planning, automatic replenishment.

Collect and manage orders in cooperation with customer services and logistics department.

Ensure the highest possible customer service and follow through of orders and deliveries.

Collect and analyse sell-out reports from customers.

Regular visits to customers to ensure merchandising standards and stock holding is in line with sales performance.

Build strong external and internal relationships.

Assisting the Finance department with invoice, debit and credit note queries.

Who you are

  • Degree in Business Administration or similar

  • 2+ years of Key accounts management or structured Sales experience in B2B environment in Fashion Accessories/Cosmetics/GDO/Consumer Electronics industries

  • Language requirements: Spanish, English. Italian is a plus

  • Sales driven with the ability to expand business and analyse and identify develop new opportunities.

  • Confident in dealing with customers and managing all aspects of the account.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to seasonal and customer deadlines.

  • Excellent organization skills and ability to manage and improve the sales process.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and meeting management skills.

  • Advanced MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint.
