Your Opportunity

As part of the group HRIS team the HRIS PMO/PM is in charge of the HRIS projects and studies required for the evolution of the global Kering HRIS landscape. Based in Paris, you will be working closely with the various HR teams, the HR shared services, the IT teams and all the contributors to the Kering HRIS roadmap.   

How you will contribute

  • Manage portfolio of HRIS projects and the coordination of the roadmap with other projects (IT, HR or other) or activities (support). Update global roadmap on a weekly basis. Communicate on project status to top management (status report with alerts, plan of actions)
  • Govern, document and monitor the HRIS projects from initiation (study, business case, RFP) to completion with internal and external contributors
  • Support of demand management process (HRIS scope). Ensure data quality, follow capacity planning for HRIS, consolidate & prepare documentation to help decision making process (demand forms, on-going projects, priorities…).
  • Ensure consistency of the standards of HRIS projects’ structure and quality of deliverables (Planning, resource plan, budget, scope, documentation, risk management, governance…). Help & support other HRIS project managers on project methodologies
  • Support the HRIS team on demand management and roadmap definition working closely with the HRIS support and release manager
  • Monitors budgets with Finance and Purchasing departments during budget and forecast reviews. Manages HRIS “controlling” following-up all project related contracts, purchase orders, invoices, budget reports. Ensure financial deadlines are met (forecasts, budget, closing). Follow & analyse forecasts, committed & actuals. Organize & facilitate regular budget meetings. Manage suppliers’ relationships in collaboration with team(s) assistants (PO, Contract signature, invoices…).
  • Manage as a PM some of the HRIS projects with experts of the HRIS team and other teams involved (IT, HR brands, HR Shared Services…). Manage planning, risks, costs. Monitor deliverables. Communicate & manage part of the change.
  • Product owner for the HRIS Demand Management solution (ITBM module of Service Now). Collect new needs & define product roadmap consequently. Ensure the annual upgrade (impact analysis, testing). Train new joiners.

Who you are

  • 5 years experience on a similar job
  • Knowledgeable in HR solution requirements and design as a plus.
  • Experienced or Knowledgeable on Workday, ServiceNow, MPP or JIRA as a plus
  • Knowledgeable on PRINCE2, Waterfall and Agile methods
  • Expert with Microsoft Office solutions (xls, ppt, Outlook)
  • Able to work in a matrix organization and an international, multicultural environment
  • Able to plan, set priority and manage several complex activities simultaneously
  • Experienced and/or expert in IT Project Management
  • Experienced on documenting and monitoring complex business cases, Requests for Proposals, Project charters…
  • Rigorous, structured, disciplined and pragmatic
  • Proficient in English

Votre opportunité

Dans le cadre de l'équipe de SIRH du groupe, vous serez en charge des Projets SIRH et des études nécessaires à l’évolution du contexte SIRH Kering à l’échelle mondiale.

Basé(e) à Paris, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les différentes équipes RH, les services partagés RH, les équipes IT et tous les contributeurs à la roadmap SIRH de Kering.

Comment vous allez contribuer

  • Gestion du portefeuille des projets HRIS et assurer la coordination avec les autres projets (IT, RH, autres) ou activités (support quotidien)
  • Gouverner, documenter et surveiller les projets HRIS du début (étude, analyse de rentabilité, appel d’offre… ) à la conclusion avec les contributeurs externes et internes
  • Assurer l’application cohérente des standards de gestion de projet en termes de structure et qualité des livrables (planning, plan des ressources, budget, périmètre, documentation, gestion des risques, gouvernance…)
  • Supporter l’équipe SIRH dans la gestion de la demande et de la définition de la roadmap en étroite collaboration avec le manager du support SIRH
  • Maintenir à jour le statut budgétaire avec la finance et les achats avant, pendant et après les exercices budgétaires
  • Gérer le contrôle et le suivi de tous les contrats, les bons de commandes, les factures, les rapports sur le budget liés aux projets SIRH
  • Gérer les projets SIRH avec les experts de l’équipe SIRH et les autres équipes concernées (IT, Marques RH, Services partagés RH)

Qui êtes-vous

  • Vous justifiez de 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire
  • Formé ou expérimenté sur les méthodes PRINCE2, Waterfall et Agile
  • Connaissances Workday, ServiceNow, MPP et JIRA
  • Expert des solutions Microsoft Office (xls, ppt, Outlook)
  • Capable de travailler dans une organisation matricielle et un environnement international et multiculturel
  • Capable de planifier, de définir les priorités et de gérer plusieurs activités complexes simultanément
  • Expérimenté dans la gestion des Projets informatiques
  • Expérimenté dans la documentation et la surveillance des projets, analyses de rentabilité complexes, appels d'offres, chartes de projets …
  • Rigoureux, organisé, méthodique, pragmatique
  • Maîtrise complète de l'anglais
