We are currently seeking an Infrastructure & Operations Chief of Staff to join our team.

Your opportunity

As part of Kering Technologies located in Paris, this position is related to the Global Operations and Infrastructure  organization (O&I) and reports directly to the Global O&I Director.

This department is responsible for the overall Infrastructure design and architecture of Kering and its brands (Network, Datacenters and Cloud) as well as Operations Management of the Datacenters’ scope. O&I is also designing all technical solutions related to the end-user workplace: Computers, phones, Visio Conferencing, Office365 to support all Kering employees (brands included).

Our team members are specialized in a wide range of technologies and offer their expertise to both our “Maisons” but also to the various Kering Technologies and Kering Digital applications departments.

As part of this team, you will be expected to conduct, in full autonomy, various activities of reporting and coordination. This includes (but not limited to) supporting the Global director and his first line of the department on overall governance management, budget follow-up and consolidation, vendor management, project monitoring and reporting.

This position requires a strong understanding of the overall budget management processes and a good knowledge of infrastructure related technologies.

As part of an international organization, you are expected to speak a fluent English as many of your counterparts will be foreign nationals. You also need a good sense of coordination, reporting and presenting skills.

How you will contribute


Participate in weekly meetings with the O&I directors to define the department’s roadmap and overall strategy

Secure objective-oriented meetings with management by writing minutes and following-up actions

Create presentation supports for various topics lead by directors

Maintain the reporting tools updated with O&I activities


Budget follow-up and consolidation

Support the directors in the management of their budget, check and validate budget consistency in the tool (Oracle PBCS)

Prepare the templates and presentations for recurrent budget reviews during the year

Financial recharges and service catalog management

Define and maintain the financials recharges model (internal and to brands) using TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) method

Collect from the O&I service owners the appropriate KPIs on a regular basis

Define the services and their components, coordinate with the Finance team on evolutions

Update the tool (PBCS) accordingly and guarantee the accuracy and consistency of the data

Coordinate with the Finance team and communicate/present the updated recharges

Communicate to KT Directors their share of internal recharges and justification

Communicate to brands, when requested, their share of internal recharges and justification


Project Gate Committee (monthly demand and project management review committee with KT directors)

Monitor the demands and projects portfolio

Monitor the processing of topics by O&I team members

Be the single point of contact to gate referents (demand creation, escalation…)

Evaluate O&I implication on potentially impacting topics (network, infrastructure…)

PMO Guild

Represent O&I during PMO committees, as part of the PMO Guild

Support the guild in tools improvement (place and analyze new features requests, participate in UATs)

Contribute to the continuous improvement process (budget, reporting, PGC, tooling…)


Support O&I in coordinating with other KT departments transversal projects or programs

Coordinate with vendors, monitor performance

Participate in/lead the writing of RFPs and proposal reviews

Maintain these specific projects health statuses in the monitoring tools

Present these projects/programs statuses at KT level, prepare presentations

Who you are

At least 5 years of experience in the IT domain

Good communication skills, team spirit

Good understanding of IT operations, infrastructure and workplace environments

Proven experience in budget management

Proven experience in IT project management

Proven team leading experience

At ease with creation of Powerpoint presentations and manipulation of Excel

Strong sense of autonomy and proactivity

fluent in English
