Your opportunity
This is a great opportunity to specialize in export certificates activities, supporting the issue of all the certificates needed for the export of products sent from Italy, with a focus on the “Made in” (Certificate of origin) certificates and CITES certificates (Convention on International Trade of Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora).
The function activities and operations, where applicable, are subject to the regulations on civil aviation security.
How you will contribute
Ask and issue certificates of origin and CITES certificates, checking related documentation
Properly archive issued certificates and related documentation
Comply with ancillary customs procedures
Issue further documentation for export/import
Working closely with the finance department and several external stakeholders
Who you are
Bachelor degree graduate, a master's degree would be a plus
A former experience in import/export would be a plus
You are an accurate and detailed oriented individual, with good organizational skills
You are a proactive person, keen on working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
You have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Expert in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. The working knowledge of SAP or Stealth would be a plus
Fluent in Italian with a good command of english, both written and spoken
If you belong to legally protected categories (L. 68/99) your application is more than welcomed
