Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) POS Integration Product Owner pour intégrer l’équipe POS and Payment

Votre opportunité

Au sein de l’équipe POS, vous seriez le Product Owner de tous les sujets liés aux différentes interfaces où le système POS échange les données avec les autres systèmes (interne chez Kering, e.g. SAP ou externe de Kering, e.g. gouvernement pour la déclaration fiscale)

Comment vous allez contribuer

Dans le contexte du POS actuel : vous seriez le lead de POSlog tool, l’outil principal de POS data broadcast. Vous allez collecter/analyser/arbitrer les demandes autour de POSlog, prioriser le backlog du sujet, suivre les développements d’outil et assurer les opérations d’implémentation et de déploiement en production ;

En collaboration avec le POS Product Owner, vous allez analyser toutes les demandes business liés aux flux de donnée de POS (solution actuelle ou le New POS), en proposant la meilleure approche en termes de technologie qui correspond le contexte Kering/POS, aussi assurer que la solution soit cohérente avec les guidelines de l’équipe Kering Architecture ;

Vous allez assister aux implémentations de nouvelle intégration réalisées par l’équipe POS Run par définir la meilleure résolution en cas d’incident en production ;

Vous êtes garant de best practice sur la documentation (e.g. contrat d’interface) de toutes les interfaces, la qualité de la solution proposée ainsi que la collaboration avec les autres équipe Kering IT pendant la livraison de solution d’intégration.

Dans le contexte du New POS (program commence début 2023) : vous allez construire une équipe d’intégration New POS. Vous seriez responsable de la création et l’implémentation de toutes les nouvelles interfaces avec la nouvelle solution POS. Les sujets en vue pour l’instant (qui seront évolués) incluent : app2app integration, API interne/externe, transfert du fichier, EDI etc. 

Qui êtes-vous

Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe, êtes à l’aise d’animer les workshops en distance ;

Vous avez une solide experience entant que Product Owner/Ingénieur dans le domaine de data integration, bonne connaissance sur XML/JSON/data mapping/SQL/Webservice etc. ;

L’expérience avec la méthode Agile et les connaissances sur AgilePM®/JIRA est un plus ;

Les connaissances sur Kafka est un plus ;

Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais, la maitrise de français ou italien est un plus ;

We are currently seeking a POS Data Integration Product Owner to join our POS and Payment team

Your opportunity

Within Kering Technologies POS and Payment team,  you will be the owner of all data integration solutions which allow the data exchange between POS and other systems (within Kering, e.g. SAP, and beyond Kering, e.g. payment providers or fiscal authorities).

How you will contribute

In the context of existing POS system:

To lead the team in charge of POSlog Tool, collecting and arbitrating the requirements, prioritizing the activities backlog, coordinating feasibility analysis, implementation and deployment activities

To analyze all the requirements related to new/existing POS data integration flows in collaboration with POS Product Owner

To propose the best approach in terms of the technology selection that corresponds Kering/POS context and ensuring coherence with Kering Architecture Team guidelines

To collaborate with POS Run team for what concern all the new integration deployments, supporting in defining the best solutions to resolve issues

To maintain a good level of documentation, e.g. interface contracts

To guarantee the quality of the data integration solution design, build, and test in accordance with the external systems

To coordinate with other Kering IT departments involve in the solution delivery, contributing to various documentations, e.g. maintenance guide

In the context of the New POS solution implementation (project starting in 2023):

To build the New POS integration team

To lead the design, analysis, implementation, test and deploy of the whole new integration map of the future Kering POS solution, including but not limited to: application to application integrations, services, internal and external API, file transfer, and EDI and SQL queries

To work with all Kering internal and external applications leads/product owners to collect requirements and perform their analysis and decomposition, ensuring adherence to architecture guidelines

Who you are

Team player, feel comfortable to animate workshops in distance

Experience as Product Owner/engineer in data integration

Good knowledge of XML/JSON/data mapping/SQL/Webservice

Experience in working with Agile Methodology, knowledge of AgilePM® methodology is a plus

Familiar with Kafka is a plus

Familiar with JIRA is a plus

Fluent in English. French and Italian is a plus
