As part of our Technologies area, you will guide the Stealth Platform implementation within the Production and Aftersales Team.
You will have an active role on the design and the run of the Stealth solution according to business requirements across Kering’s luxury brands.
How you will contribute
Developing the planning and delivery of Stealth project, ensuring accurate and effective project control within scope and budget, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
According to the new business needs, you will collaborate with other Kering and Brands departments in the functional and technical analysis to evaluate and implement the change requests
Managing conflict escalation and negotiations to maintain an equilibrium and being able to handle critical or unexpected events
Collaborating with the third parties involved in the Stealth projects, ensuring the delivery and the quality of the solution
Managing the entire solution implementation including test, validation and run (standard and evolution maintenance)
Supporting the manager in the budget definition for the related solution
Who you are
A professional with wide experience in complex and international companies
An expert with a deep knowledge about Stealth Platform
Knowledgeable about production processes (i.e. progress tracking, integration with logistics, cost controlling, product lifecycle management - PLM), MRP, production master data (BoM, routings, article master)
A collaborative individual, able to work with internal and external stakeholders, with good interpersonal skills and a team-working attitude
An effective communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills, able to negotiate and influence
Fluent in Italian and English
