MCQ are in search of a Head of Global Wholesale to join at a pivotal time for the label’s expansion. Working in a highly creative and fast-paced environment, you will lead the sales team and work in synergy with internal departments to achieve global sales targets and drive overall brand growth.
How you will contribute
Manage, lead, structure and motivate a Global Wholesale Team by setting clear objectives, KPIs, goals and strong relations.
Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets and margin expectations.
Instrumental in the bottom-up sales forecasting process, you will set challenging targets and, by leading, motivating and measuring the performance of the Sales team, ensure individual and team budgets and objectives are achieved.
Maximise the distribution potential through understanding the markets, clients, and opportunities on a global scale.
Closely manage the department budget, overseeing spend for all wholesale support and showroom activities
Work closely with Design, Merchandising, Production teams to support development of range plans from a commercial perspective, ensuring we propose a strongly merchandised and relevant offer that meets moving commercial/market needs and is delivered at the right time.
Collaborate closely with the marketing teams of key accounts to plan and execute strong launch activities both digitally and in store to promote sales and reinforce brand presence and identity globally.
Develop and build strong relationships with all external and internal stakeholders, including CEO, Regional Presidents & Brand Director.

Your skills and experience
A motivational people manager, a calm voice in an ever-changing environment
A proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets to grow a business globally through Wholesale and Franchise channels.
Excellent eye for detail, product sensitivity and affinity to the label
Significant international experience working within contemporary fashion brands
Strong communication skills with the significant customer experience and enthusiastic selling personality
Proven relationships with key industry contacts and influencers
Analytical experience to create an effective strategy, providing meaningful insights and propose
Management experience. Guiding team members, providing learning opportunities, giving the necessary support and inspiring both the team and wider company to initiate new ideas and approaches
A results-oriented mindset and a drive for achieving ambitious targets and goals
Flexible and able to travel as part of your role
