    Your opportunity

    We are currently looking for an highly motivated and experienced Grand Vendeur to join our team based in Milan – Via San Pietro all’Orto and contribute to our continued growth and success.

    How will you contribute

    Sales and Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service

    • Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing in-depth knowledge of the company's products and history

    • Guide clients through the selection process, offering personalized advice and styling expertise

    Achieve Sales Targets:

    • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling

    • Proactively identify opportunities for sales growth and implement strategies to drive revenue

    Product Knowledge and Training:

    • Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends, industry news, and competitor products

    Event Participation:

    • Represent the brand at exclusive events, launches, and promotions to attract new clients and strengthen existing relationships

    • Actively contribute to the planning and execution of in-store events.

    Operational Excellence:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory, and customer information

    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience

    Qualifications:

    Experience:

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.

    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

    Product Knowledge:

    • Deep understanding of gemstones, metals, and jewellery craftsmanship

    • Ability to communicate the unique features and benefits of each product

    Customer Focus:

    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

    Team Collaboration:

    • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

    • Willingness to mentor and support junior team members

    Languages:

    • Proficiency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
