The candidate will join the Pomellato Brand Division and will be responsible for the coordination of all the activities around the product, from the preparation of briefs for the Creative department to the analysis of performances.

Directly reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, the candidate will be in charge of the following activities:

-to monitor competition and prepare presentations on competitors’ new launches to share with Regions on a regular basis

- to realize extensive documents on new launches (business objectives, market context, inspiration, sales arguments, technical details, 360° ATL and BTL support summary)

-to make a monthly business review on product performances (by area, nationality, network…) to be presented to corporate management

-to propose action plans after identifying weak areas working with BTL and ATL Departments

-to prepare briefs for BTL tools creation helping with the choice of products, according to the product strategic priorities

-to handle the relationship with our eyewear partner.

Qualifications and competencies:

-Master degree in Business/Marketing;

-At least 5 years of experience in Marketing or Merchandising, gained in International Company;previousexperience in luxury, fashion or beauty field is a plus;

- Strong analytical and organizational skills;

- Positive and proactive attitude; team-work oriented;

-Excellent knowledge of Office programs (mainly Excel and Power Point);

-Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
