Our Mission

We are currently looking for a Senior Merchandising Planner who will join the Demand and Inventory Planning team.

How you will contribute

As the Senior Merchandising Planner you will report to the Director of Demand and Inventory Planning and will be responsible for:

  • Own and plan Sales Budget and rolling reviews in line with required granularities and deadlines
  • Partner with Sales, Finance Controlling, Sales Merchandising, Customer Services, Demand Planning, Product Marketing to leverage business insights and facilitate revenue forecast
  • Update monthly rolling revenue forecast communicating key results and variances to top management
  • Prepare and drive round sessions with Sales Region General Managers to review their proposal and map key assumptions
  • Support presentation to International Sales Managing Director and CFO of BUDGET proposal, highlighting key assumptions and drivers

You will facilitate top line target setting finding right compromise between aggressive and sustainable plan to maximize sales full potential. You will partner with key stakeholders (Sales, Finance Controlling, Sales Merchandising, Customer Services, Demand Planning, Product Marketing) to reconcile bottom-up forecast and business insights with top-down targets driven by long term strategy.

Qualifications and competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics
  • International experience in multi-cultural environment
  • Quantitative and analytical skills
  • Passion for product and numbers 
  • Independence, ability to work with strict deadlines and to deliver against set objectives 
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with planning system
