We are looking for a Retail Operations Specialist based in Madrid to support the store network across Spain, Portugal and Greece in the daily retail ops activities, in alignment with our retail procedures and business needs.

Key Accountabilities

Interacting with Retail Managers, stores and retail partners to establish effective and strong relationships
Supporting in stock movements procedures
Working on inventory schedule
Monitoring on inventory results
Monitoring and overseeing stocks in the warehouses in order to ensure products’ availability and optimization of space and time into the stock keeper area
Supporting in all the operations activities linked to new stores’ opening/refurbishment within assigned countries
Coordination with all the departments involved in the projects

Key Requirements

At least 3 or 4 years of experience in similar contests within Retail or Luxury business
Fluent in English and Spanish
Business management education highly preferred
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
Analytical capabilities
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Project management and execution
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Team working spirit
Willingness to travel regularly across stores within the assigned scope of action
