Your opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Store Manager for our Aventura Mall – Miami Pop-Up.

How you will contribute

BRAND AMBASSADOR

• Build a network of people who have an impact on local and international luxury Business in order to promote client loyalty, especially with Top Clients and VICs using LUCE

• Represent & Promote the culture of the House internally and externally

• Ensure store atmosphere upholds the House image

TEAM DEVELOPER

• Attract, develop, and retain talent

• Create and maintain a positive work environment

BUSINESS LEADER

• Oversee floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, display, client service, and operational function within the store

• Lead a team in achieving targeted quantitative and qualitative goals

PROCESS LEADER

• Ensure that all the processes are in compliance with legal, safety, internal

• Ensure that the image of the Store is in line with corporate standards and that the Staff is aware of this standard

• Ensure VM of the store is done according to VM guidelines and includes all best-sellers per category

Your Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail

• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position

• Ability to travel to assigned pop-up store strongly preferred

• Successful managerial experience of a team (the ability to set goals, delegate work and follow up results)

• High sensitivity to clients’ experience and loyalty

• Precision, organizational skills,

• Adaptability, openness, listening abilities, curiosity

• Product and Fashion sensitivity

• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel)
