Role Mission

The Marketing Coordinator – Wholesale, Timepieces and Jewelry, is responsible for coordinating all aspects of coop marketing and advertising related to traditional and digital activity for wholesale, timepieces and jewelry.  The role is to coordinate, execute and report on plans in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.

Markets:        GAI:  North America

Timepieces & Jewelry:  The Americas - US, Canada, Latin America and Caribbean

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the execution of coop marketing plans for Wholesale, Timepieces and Jewelry;
  • Liaise with regional and worldwide teams to implement wholesale marketing plans aligned with brand guidelines;
  • Coordinate closely with Gucci America wholesale, Gucci Group Watches, Kering Eyewear and Coty to effectively align all marketing initiatives across all brand categories;
  • Communicate frequently with wholesale partners to maintain relationships and facilitate initiatives;
  • Generate coop contracts, coordinate approvals and maintain files and proofs-of-performance;
  • Coordinate material orders with WW team for production and traffic all assets;
  • Maintain partner websites though on-going monitoring and seasonal updates;
  • Implement digital showcase for timepieces and jewelry and maintain platform in coordination with vendor;
  • Organize post-plan marketing reports highlighting ROI and analytics to share internally;
  • Support wholesale marketing team with budgets through file organization and billing reconciliation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing related position;
  • Experience working for or with a retailer or wholesaler;
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word; Excel; PowerPoint: Outlook; Adobe Acrobat;
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship--building skills;
  • Appreciation and understanding of the luxury fashion industry;
  • Strong written and verbal skills;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Positive and focused professional team player;
