Kering is seeking an outstanding, multi-tasking COVID Coordinator for our Wayne, New Jersey office on a temporary basis. As the first point of contact for many of our visitors, you will provide a warm, professional welcome in a courteous and timely manner while enforcing COVID-19 related guidelines and protocols for our building.

Our COVID Coordinator should be hyper personable and kind with the strength to enforce Kering’s Health & Safety Guidelines, providing a safe and reassuring office environment for our staff and visitors.
Perform receptionist duties (greet guests, answer phone lines, receive front desk deliveries)
Maintain accurate employee and visitor daily logs through two systems.
Work directly with Senior Manager of Hospitality & HRBP to enforce COVID-19 health & safety guidelines and capacity restrictions throughout office.
Work with internal and external cleaning staff to ensure all spaces affected by a COVID-19 case are properly cleaned according to CDC guidelines in a timely manner.
Work closely with Security team to streamline guest arrival process while relaying COVID protocols to all guests.
Provide support in scheduling and managing onsite COVID-19 testing with HRBP and external partner.
Responsible for day-to-day appearance and maintenance of lobby area. Ensure appearance of all areas are in line with Kering standards.
Provide administrative and internal communication support for Hospitality & HR team in relation to COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions.
How you will contribute
2+ years in retail or office setting, hospitality experience a plus
College degree preferred (but not required) or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to work independently and be self-motivated as well as collaborate with various teams
Ability to manage and complete assignments accurately and on a timely basis.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and ownership
Proven ability to manage various personalities
Strong organizational, prioritizing and problem-solving skills
Proven strong computer skills, with knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to be a team player and to foster a commitment to teamwork among other associates
The ability to handle all interactions with a high level of professionalism
Present a solutions-focused outlook and possess the ability to meet deadlines
