Your Opportunity

The Mobility Retail Analyst is a core member of the Kering Technologies Retail group responsible for ensuring high performance and bringing best-in-class service for all mobile retail applications used by luxury brands. The role provides functional expertise for the entire Americas region, support and coordination for world-wide programs and initiatives, as well as researching and advising on process/functional improvements to retail mobility.

How you will contribute

  • Support the overall mobile retail application landscape with understanding of main processes and relevant integrations
  • Support and manage project and strategy work related to mobile applications
  • Manage problems and change requests for mobile applications
  • Advise, configure, and test new mobile solutions and components
  • Configure and maintain lab environments
  • Interact with central team to properly address regional business requirements and serve as the regional voice for the customer
  • Develop and maintain technical and process documentation
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and consultants
  • Provide support and training to support desk
  • Support Kering group multi-brand and shared-services approach

Who you are

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting retail applications
  • Proficiency with POS systems
  • Proficiency in SQL systems and syntax
  • Experience with mobile POS or mobile retail applications
  • Experience supporting payment technology, especially Verifone devices and FiPay
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and team-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage one’s work
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Track record of delivering solutions using best practices such as Software Development Life Cycle, Service Level Agreements, Continuous Improvement
  • Knowledge of luxury retail preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of industry frameworks such as CMMI, ITIL, and PMP a plus
