Your Opportunity

The Workday Technical Lead will be responsible for delivering and supporting best-in-class integrations between Workday and new/existing applications of the group. This position is part of the Kering Technologies team based in Wayne, New Jersey.

How you will contribute

  • Managing international projects, implementing inbound/outbound Workday integrations with other systems
  • Maintaining existing integrations by delivering enhancements and providing rapid support to service requests and defects
  • Creating integration solutions using Workday interface technologies (WD Studio, PECI/PICOF, Core Connectors, EIBs, RaaS, APIs etc.)
  • Follow the projects end-to-end, including interactions with other departments (HR, HRIS, O&I, PMO) and all correlated activities (security, reporting, etc.)
  • Answering interface-related questions and providing proofs of concept to the business
  • Creating advanced reports and dashboards
  • Ensure all activities are properly documented
  • Contribute to estimate new demands and maintain the global roadmap
  • Develop best practices related to integrations (new solutions, technologies, ways of working, documentation, etc.)

Who you are

  • 2-5 years of experience on integrations in Workday implementation projects and client support (development and configuration, end-to-end processes, architectural management, integrations support, functional/technical testing)
  • Knowledgeable about HR applications and processes (HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Identity Management, Recruiting, and Benefits etc.)
  • A tech-savvy individual knowledgeable of technologies used to build system interfaces (XML, XSLT, XTT/ETV, Web Services, RaaS, API, MVEL, Java etc.)
  • A collaborative individual, able to work with internal and external stakeholders, with good interpersonal skills and a team-working attitude 
  • An effective communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A graduate in computer science or management information systems (preferably)
  • Have experience in Software Development - Java, .NET, Javascript, etc. (preferably)
  • French or Italian knowledge is a plus
