Our Opportunity:

You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our Retail Stores & Wholesale Customers attending to their needs while maximizing business opportunities.

How you will contribute:

Retail

Be the main point of contact for the retail store network in regards to merchandise and systems

Provides customer service and responds to general inquiries from retail sales team and management;

Facilitates product movements between the stores

Field calls from Pomellato Call line

Enter all orders into the company system

Liaise with Operations department to coordinate order fulfillment

Perform ad hoc analysis

Update weekly/monthly reporting

Compile retail product needs and perform weekly stock rebalance with the merchandising team

Train retail network on Retail Operation functions & other topics as needed

Work with Retail Operations Manager in product books and information; alert retail management and send materials to locations

Manage all supply needs to network

Wholesale

Provide customer service to wholesale Pomellato and Dodo accounts on a daily basis; by phone and email

Process merchandise quotes and orders for customers,

Confirmed orders following company procedures.; Verify accurate customer and product information and Confirm client orders via email;

Enter all orders into the company system for Pomellato and Dodo accounts; managing correct ship dates in the system based on availabilities or geo area (example:Canada)

Provide daily or weekly list to Sales Merchandising of items sold, to be ordered to Milan (established not available in LDC stock)

Provide customer service to clients pertaining to "estimated time of arrival" of back orders, pricing, problems and other issues;

Liaison between Sales Managers and Sales Merchandising on New opening proposals and development

Liaise with merchandising on special requests and special orders and Canvass Launches

Coordinate the preparation for trunk shows including, product availability and accessibility; working with Operations for shipping instructions of product; manage supporting materials for point of sale;

Coordinate compliance for trunk shows and events. This includes being familiar with the necessary insurance requirements and any special transit needs;

Coordinate customer “viewing activity” with wholesale clients and invoicing

Enter Sell-Out in system

Work on special projects as needed

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Who you are:

Associates Degree required;

2-3 years retail experience desired;

Must be proficient in MS Office software – Word, Excel;

Ability to work varied with little guidance and in tight time frames;

Exceptional internal and external customer service skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills;

Strong organizational skills;

Self-sufficient; self-Starter;

Proactive attitude, takes initiative, independent thinker;
