    • Manage all security systems in the Americas
    • Troubleshoot systems and devices, end-user access, access control nodes, controllers, IP Devices/Cameras, Security network, hubs, switches, and router issues before involving vendors
    • Position acts as a liaison between MIS/IT and Security/Loss Prevention, provides technical and administrative support to resolve various issues
    • Manage CCTV and Access Control end user support (i.e. provide access and access level for corporate and retail teams)
    • Issue card access IDs for Kering offices and Brands’ Corporate offices
    • Maintain theft incident database for all Brands
    • Familiarity with POS exception reporting
    • Ability to create security system layouts for new stores
    • Document and maintain store directory for all Brands
    • Document and maintain system directory for all security systems
    • Document and maintain troubleshooting steps for all security system issues
    • Document and maintain all security systems and keep accurate inventory
    • Manage switches and attached devices for all security systems
    • Manage and maintain all health & safety system and devices; familiarity with fire systems a plus
    • Conduct system health check maintenance and manage process for vendor repairs
    • Train Kering Security personnel on all security systems
    • Oversee off-site events (i.e. friends & family sales, galas, etc.)
    • Maintain and enhance loss prevention safety and security programs in the Home Offices
    • Supports the Security Director and Security team related to security in corporate Offices and Retail spaces
    • Manages Avigilon, ExacqVision, OpenEye, Wisenet, Pelco
    • Manages Brivo and S2 card access systems


    • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Management, Computer Science, Security Management, Business, or another related field
    • Schedule depends on needs of business and can include nights and weekends
    • Travel when necessary for special assignments
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with and troubleshooting CCTV Systems
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with and troubleshooting Access Control systems
    • Clear understanding and knowledge of networking TCP/IP protocols
    • Experience working in a command center environment with a focus toward responding to system issues, troubleshooting and repairs remotely as business needs require while providing support to each Brand’s store onsite teams, always focusing on customer service
