GUCCI Retail Performance Manager

As a Retail Performance Manager for GUCCI you represent the brand to all customers and stakeholders.
You will act as a team player and work collaboratively with all GUCCI employees and stakeholders to achieve exceptional results.
How you will contribute
Analyze Retail KPIs and formulate action plans that can be implemented to capitalize on opportunities
Identify opportunities within stores to drive performance
Support Retail Manager and Store Managers by providing insights and direction
Target setting and performance tracking and proposal of incentives and other tools to drive performance
Qualitative and Quantitative reporting and ability to produce presentations
Cross functional liaison with Retail, Client Engagement, Finance, Ecommerce, Merchandising, and Human Resources
Learning and Training
Ensure proactive learning and development to maintain product knowledge and stay current with legislative requirements
Participate in development training as required by your management team
Utilize all company tools including iPhone, iPad etc and company applications effectively, efficiently and as required by the business
Ensure active participation on company provided platforms such as Workplace, Workday, ENTO, Retail Training Portal, LUCE, etc
Comply to all Gucci and Kering Policies, Procedures and Guidelines
All other ad hoc duties as required by your manager
Who you are
A degree in a related discipline : Bachelor or Master in Business , Mathematics or statistics
Proven experience in s similar role, minimum 4-5 years experience
Proven strong operational performance within retail environment. Other relevant service sector experience may be considered."
