The Product & Customer Care Intern will have the opportunity to learn about the luxury market through direct contact with all areas of the company, external suppliers and the headquarter in Italy. The daily routine will consist of dynamic work, in order to guarantee an excellent service for both our consumers and the stores, understanding that the main objective is customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

  • Control of the repair area, both for customers and store;
  • Opening of repair orders in the internal system;
  • Evaluation of the condition of the products;
  • Preparation and sending of these items to suppliers;
  • Receiving and checking products that return from suppliers;
  • Contact with customer via email and message (daily);
  • Daily follow-up with all repair partners;
  • Constant contact with the Office Product Care area;
  • Small manual repairs (ex: stone bonding);
  • Control of Damage items;

Requirements

  • Degree: Fashion design; Fashion business; Business Administration
  • Graduation between Dec/2022 and Dec/2023
  • Intermediate/Advanced English
  • Availability to work from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 3pm with 1 hour of lunch
