Our Opportunity:

We are currently looking for someone to focus on the Management & Development of Mexico & Latin America within the different sales channels: Retail & Wholesale

How you will contribute:

Drive Pomellato brand in Mexico and LATAM markets & achieve sales targets

Represent Pomellato & Dodo in all commercial endeavors

Develop business & enhance relationships with key business partners in Palacio De Hierro & other Retail Partners

Network in the Mexico market in major cities to help drive the business and possibly private client sales.

At events, provide a presence representing Pomellato and/or Dodo with final clients

Provide eyes and ears on the ground of the activities of competition in the market to ensure ongoing success & changes needed.

Collaborate with Marketing & Communication to build brand awareness in Mexico & LATAM

Ensure that all marketing tools are relevant & implemented in the market effectively- and that budget is maximized

Partner with HR to identify skill gaps and opportunities for staff development & training

Collaborate with finance to develop sales targets, phasing, and revisions in alignment with CEO.

Provide ADHOC training on brand and product characteristics with the support of the Training Manager

Serve as Pomellato representative within Kering Mexico


Drive retail sales teams

Collaborate with Retail Performance to ensure sales and strategy are aligned to achieve targets

Create recommendations to improve KPI results identifying opportunities to coach management team to take action and achieve goals

Responsible for P&L results for stores and corporate retail; monitor store profitability and manage budgets

Develop and delegate key responsibilities and best practices within the region to ensure smooth operations

Serve as a mediator for any management issues within stores

Mentor and coach leaders to identify solutions and develop their managerial skills

Build a bench to secure effective management and succession planning

Develop medium & long-term retail strategy


Continue to develop & expand the Mexico Wholesale channel

Identify LATAM retailers by country for network development and continue negotiations underway 

Monitor performance to ensure that partners are achieving maximum sell-out potential. 

Ensure that accounts are being visited on a regular basis in order to ensure assortment and VM standards are in place

Recommend coop & marketing activities for the entire zone in conjunction with the team in the Corporate Office

Ensure openings of accounts are supported with a 360 strategy to ensure success.

Attend trade shows as required.

Prepare market surveys and business plans as needed

Support LATAM Wholesale direct report

Who you are:

University Degree or equivalent

10 – 15 years of sales experience within the luxury jewelry or watch industry in the Mexico & LATAM region

Prior Wholesale & Retail Luxury experience in Mexico & all of Latin America

Fluent in Spanish & English

Proven ability to motivate sales teams with challenging objectives

Professional experience in leading network expansion

Ability to develop, grow, lead and inspire a group of people across various functions

Strong communication skills to liaise with local retail & retail partner teams across the market

Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively

Well versed and comfortable with public speaking and corporate presentations

Ability to travel as needed and sometimes with short notice
