Job description
• Assist in the execution of client-centric strategies to attain a high level of client retention & acquisition rate.
• Coordination of Client Engagement Activations or Initiatives
• To maintain a systematic tracking of Client Engagement Actions
• To support in the delivery of Client Experiences/Recognition Actions/Initiatives
• To assist with the management of Brand Experiences (if any); and liaise with store teams in executing in-store OTO appointments
• To provide extraordinary service by coordinating the fulfilment of specific requests of these clients
• Recruitment of New Clients
- To identify potential clients with sales team
- To network through existing high-end clients’ friends or luxury events
• Coaching & Motivating Store Team
- Coach & inculcate “client-centric” mindset in new/junior CAs
- To identify potential customers with CAs & work with him/her in formulating engagement actions/follow-ups
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Work closely with Merchandising & VM, Retail & Training team in executing key client initiatives/projects
• All other administrative and coordination support to the Local Client Engagement team (e.g. Finance expense actualization, logistics coordination & handling, event set up & teardown, etc)
