The outbound flow lead will contribute to ensure the product delivery with the highest quality at the lowest cost in a safe, sustainable and healthy work environment.
The outbound flow lead is the Kering single point of contact for all Kering’s picking, packing and shipping activities.
Responsible of the outbound flow from initial source storage bin (or other location like return area, disposal area) to final destination (stores, final customer, central warehouse, external vendors).
Manage daily flow operations through quality of products and stock accuracy.
Works proactively with our different external stakeholders (carriers, 3PLs, contractors, packaging vendors) and internal teams (inbound leaders, inventory leaders, IT, central warehouse, process engineers, maintenance).
Contribute to and follow up continuous improvement/action plan.
Follow up and improve KPIs for this outbound flow
The scope covers all product categories (goods, packaging, visual tool), all brands and channels.
