We are currently seeking an E-commerce Supervisor who will report to a Senior Special Channel Manager in Kering Eyewear China.

How you will contribute

1. E-commerce Vertical Platform Management

a)  Manage all existing EC Vertical Platform, like VIP.com/ TMALL Global Buy/ JD 1st Party and new business opportunity expansion.

b)  Co-work on E-Commerce promotion calendar with E-distributor, leverage various promotion matrix to deliver overall business objectives of each Vertical EC Platform.

c)  Co-work with E-distributor on merchandising plan & review，continual optimization on seasonal buy & regular replenishment to serve the efficient control of stock level & turnover.

d)  Guide E-distributor on store UI & UX, in terms of all the landing pages & product detail pages, pricing, to ensure to align with brand's image and information consistency.

2. Authorized 3rd Party Store Management

a)  Work closely with internal EC/Digital team to manage all available MKT / content resources, to ensure effective support and management of E-Commerce Environment.

b)  Co-Work with authorized 3rd party E-tailors on Promotion/Visual/Assortment/Price management, to enhance store UV and sales.

3. E-Distributor Management

a)  Work closely with E-Distributor on operation plans and execution of vertical platform in terms of activity planning, merchandising, customer service and logistic delivery.

b)  Evaluate the performance of key metrics like UV, CR, AUP and Return rate on a weekly basis in order to increase brand sales and profit.

c)  Monitor E-Distributor’s daily operation to ensure the brand equity and business target are well addressed.

Who you are

• At least 3 years working experience.
• E-commerce operation experience, especially on EC vertical Platform is preferred.
• E-Distributor Management experience is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skill is a plus.
• Strong commercial attitude and result-oriented mindset;
• Fast-learning and enthusiast team player
