How you will contribute
- Communicate with business stakeholders to understand their business challenges.
- Work with regional/HQ counterparts on landing appropriate solutions to China.
- Define the go-to-market strategy of the products.
- Manage the product backlog within budget.
Who you are
- At least 10 years in a large, complex, international environment
- Experienced in launching MA or Personalisation products in China market.
- Past experience in launching products by leveraging AI/ML.
- Be logical and analytical.
- Able to communicate complex problems in a non-technical and simplified manner
- Well organized and able to work on own initiative
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills, be able to present in front of a group of high-level audiences
- Fluent English and Mandarin
- Experience with Agile software development is plus
- Retail experience in luxury apparel is a plus
- Experience on the Consumer Data Platform is a plus.
