The Marketing and Communication Assistant assists the Marketing and Communication Director in preparing reports and presentations and in supporting the Marketing and Communication team taking on specific projects.

Your main tasks will be to:

1. Lead reports and analysis:

  • Develop and keep updated local sales reports
  • Work with Communication team members on monthly BU follow-up

2. Coordinate and support various presentation

  • Coordinate presentations for internal meetings (e.g.: quarterly boutique managers meetings, monthly commercial committee, monthly Wholesale meeting)
  • Consolidate action plans and follow-up for each network/markets – working with all departments

3. Support the Marketing & Communication team:

  • Organize internal and external meetings (weekly team meetings, trainings, …): agenda, minute room, catering, etc. (when relevant)
  • Provide administrative support to marketing, merchandising, training, visual merchandising, event and media departments
  • Carry out specific transversal projects when required 

Your profile:

  • At least 6 months of experience in marketing-communication department
  • MS Office proficiency, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized: able to handle several tasks at the same time
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • French & English
