This main responsibility of this position is to allocate and replenish packaging material and supplies to stores based on the coverage targets set for each location and SKU (target stock levels), with the pursuit of getting the right products to the right place at just the right time. Additionally, this role will be responsible for supporting all transportation needs of the Retail network.

Key Accountabilities

  • Execute packaging allocation and replenishment strategies from distribution center (DC) to stores daily;
  • Evaluate the stock allocation and distribution based on sales, rationing criteria, and special events to maximize service level to support sales objectives;
  • Own the entire lifespan of an order from conception to delivery and communicate details to retail operations team;
  • Partner with worldwide to trace and track lead time from suppliers;
  • Ensure deliveries are received into stock at the distribution center;
  • Measure and monitor lead time to deliver products to stores and create and provide reporting;
  • Provide customer service to retail network throughout the order management cycle;
  • Liaise between Kering Integrated Logistics, Retail Operations, and transport carrier to support retail network;
  • Collaborate with HR Team and warehouse to facilitate distribution and monitor delivery of employee uniforms;
  • Adhere to precision, quality, and timing standards to ensure the best quality service.

Key Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics or customer service within a luxury organization;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Must be analytical, detail oriented, able to multitask and have strong organizational skills;
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Must be very proficient in Excel, have strong computer skills and experienced working with ERP, OMS, or similar systems;
  • Team player with high level of professionalism.
