As part of the Sales Excellence team, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and follow up of the Training Strategy globally for Pomellato and DoDo. The aim is to instill true Retail Excellence mindset and framework throughout the whole network for both Brands, while always monitoring resulting business performance KPIs. Digital solutions are going to be your core tools for the implementation and follow up of the knowledge.
In your role you will nurture excellence throughout the network while being a significant support of its business performance worldwide, supported by local Regions.
How you will contribute:
Development of the Training strategy for both Brands
Coordinate and supervise the implementation of the Training Strategy at Regional level
Content development for all training purposes to implement the Training strategy while taking advantage of innovative digital solutions
Organize high impact and consistent in class and virtual trainings to all regional trainings
Create coaching and follow up trainings format
Manage the whole Customer Experience evaluation program and coordinate related Action Plans globally
Embrace new technology, be flexible and reactive to leverage technology initiatives to sustain training effectiveness by staying on top of training trends and best practices
Provides accurate regular reports to key stakeholders
Who you are
3 to 5 years relevant previous experience within retail industry in comparable role
Proven strong Training performance in the retail environment.
Ability to be flexible, think outside the box and with a multitasking approach
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Great communication skills, strong spirit of initiative and commitment
Fluent in spoken and written English
Proficient in MS Office
Proven Knowledge of E-learning Platform management and Modules creation
