SUMMARY
This is a newly created position in the Indirect Procurement Department of Kering Asia Pacific. Report to the Senior Indirect Procurement Manager, this position requires the incumbent to create value for all Kering brands in Asia Pacific through supporting and contributing of indirect procurement projects at local, region, and global level.
The incumbent is expected to be a procurement expertise to have capability to work and support in a multi-Brand environment and in promoting indirect procurement guidelines and exchange of best practices professionally.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build trust and credibility across internal stakeholder community by demonstrating required expertise and supports in all procurement-related activities
To lead end-to-end procurement process (specification of work, strategic planning, sourcing, negotiation, contract management, roll-out) in close partnership with Kering Asia Pacific brands’ stakeholders
Ensure compliance with Group Indirect Procurement guidelines while driving commercial effectiveness and strong business ethics
To develop creative and sustainable solution/process in different categories (store planning, operation, marketing, IT, etc)
To monitor and support global or regional project roll-out led by category leaders of indirect procurement department
To develop best practice and benchmarks among brands, in different countries across APAC
To handle quality, supplier and risk management, processes improvement and cost saving to ensure internal stakeholders satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree or above in Procurement Management, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
Minimum 3-year experience in procurement functions preferably from MNCs
Self-starter, high integrity and strong negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills with all levels of organization and suppliers especially in multi-brands environment
Organize with an analytical and creative mindset as well as a good team player
Advance MS Office skills especially Excel
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, a third language in French is a plus
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Indirect Procurement Executive, Greater China and SEAO
