Role Mission
Supply Chain Specialist will ensure timely performance analysis of supply chain processes at WW level. He/she will define strategically relevant KPIs in order to guarantee the monitoring of the Supply Chain operating model, managing also projects with continuous improvement scope.
Key Accountabilities
- Produce and elaborate analysis to satisfy internal daily request and the necessities coming from other departments
- Collaboration and coordination with BI team for implementation about systems update and integration
- Work strictly in collaboration with Production and Merchandise Team and others Supply Chain actors in order to analyze priorities and market requests
- Provide support to supply chain teams in analysing merchandise life cycle and product flows from Central Warehouse to Regions
- Ensure reliable analysis related to Supply Chain processes performance and monitor KPIs in order to support strategic business decisions
- Manage and monitor Supply Chain projects related to continuous improvement, defining the miles stone and all the business requirements of the projects
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in the same or similar position and a background in luxury brands will be a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in managing engineer, economics, statistics or related fields
- Strong analytical abilities
- Experience in using of office package: Word, Windows, Excel, and Business Intelligence tools to produce report and KPIs
- Experience in using of ERP tools is a plus
- Strong team-working skills
- Detail oriented and extreme accuracy
- Ability to lead cross-functional activities
