Role Mission

To amplify the website content to customers, create best brand image and increase conversion. Detail checking and editing before publish content, to ensure correct message can be delivered.

Key Accountabilities

E-Commerce Content

  • Manage the catalog and the assortment for the region: follow publication and depublication of the products, manage the Visual Merchandising of the pages following the product marketing calendar, the stock availability, and the traffic data analysis. Ensure all information shown in Gucci.com are correct and update.
  • Collaborate with Worldwide Digital Merchandising on the site’s navigation structure. The WW Digital Merchandising views the structure in light of the overarching product strategy. The regional team ensures that it reflects local market naming norms, buys and consumer trends.
  • Collaborate with the Worldwide Visual Digital Merchandising Coordinator who is responsible for visual merchandising guidelines for assortment presentation
  • Supervise eCard planning and home page product rotation in alignment with worldwide guidelines, product marketing calendar and in respect to the buying strategy.
  • Responsible for message consistency from eCard to landing pages through top hero alignment to create great user experience.
  • Liaise with Regional Retail team in order to ensure that the details and services of the stores are correct and constantly updated
  • In charge of English and Thai version of website content, for SG/MY/TH markets, partner with local team/agency to supervise Thai language content can be validated and provided on time.
  • Initiate changes in Homepage and E-content, in order to cope with market needs.
  • Ad-hoc activities related to E-content management. Analysis and leading on-site performance improvement.


Key Requirements

  • A passion for the fashion industry with strong product knowledge and understanding of eCommerce and luxury industry.
  • Over 5 years of working experience in luxury industry, E-commerce or merchandising related roles.
  • Hands on approach and a strong ability to work with cross-functionally in a collaborative manner. Able to interact with flexibility and diplomacy with different team
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Thai language is a plus.
  • Pro-active, creative problem solver.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Able to travel for future E-commerce related market visits when needed
