Qeelin is part of the global Luxury group Kering. To cope with business growth, we are currently looking for high calibre with creative mind-set to join us as Corporate Marketing & CRM Manager. (Based in Hong Kong)

How you will contribute


Develop annual Marketing & CRM strategies and tools for Qeelin at corporate level and ensure proper execution in local markets.

Retail Marketing

  • Recommend, design and implement annual Marketing plans for the brand
  • Play a key role in recommending Marketing strategies to support brand development, in line with the brand strategic plan
  • Perform market research and track / review / report marketing initiatives results
  • Recommend promotion strategies and develop tools (gifts etc) to drive traffic and support sales
  • Develop annual brand / product catalogues, leaflets, apps, direct mail pieces etc
  • Control and close monitoring of the Marketing budget and follow-up of local budgets
  • Management of multiple marketing suppliers
  • Manage a team of 2 people: ensure clear duties allocation, motivate staff and track individual and collective department performance
  • Work closely with local stakeholders to ensure consistent and proper implementation of the global marketing strategy at local scale


  • Plan and implement CRM initiatives and ensure proper execution in our DOS network
  • Manage the customer loyalty program to enhance customer engagement
  • Planning of VIP events and develop engagement program (and execution in overseas market including France, Malaysia and Taiwan) and post-event ROI evaluation
  • CRM data mining and analytics for international markets
  • Develop & maintain CRM policies and execution guidelines for local markets to follow
  • Work closely with local team, retail department and frontline to ensure campaigns can be implemented effectively

Who you are

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience in luxury retail, with significant experiences at corporate level
  • Management skills and Leadership
  • Both creative with analytical skills, good in details and with good problem solving
  • Proactive and dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and possess strong communication skills, excellent command of both English and Chinese
