The position will assist Retail Operations Manager to handle store operations, store supplies and store environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties may be assigned :
- Assist with deploying retail excellence in store level, making sure all stores follow company policies and procedures properly
- Elevate all aspects of store operations by seeking innovation and efficiency
- Coordinate with the stores and different departments to perform administrative functions, ie incident report, inventory adjustment, stock take report, etc
- Manage back office supplies (e.g. uniform, stationary and packaging) and ensure they are replenished in store in a timely manner
- Assist with sourcing stationaries and their vendors if necessary, to ensure efficient and smooth store operations
- Overall coordination of store opening process
- Ensure all stores are well sustained to attain the Saint Laurent store image
-Coordination with the general services (e.g : MIT, Logistics) and the store planning team for the renovation and maintenance projects
- Manage monthly store expenses including maintenance, cleaning, packaging, security, etc
PROFILE
• Minimum 5~7 years’ experience in fashion industry
• Must have deep understanding of retail operation managing
• Highly organized, detail oriented and multi-tasking
• Interpersonal, flexible and problem-solving attitude
• Fluent in English and excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Traveling is required
