We are currently seeking a Product Care Analyst located at Moliere store, who will report to the Customer & Product Care Specialist.

Your opportunity

Provide support to our stores and clients in all the activities of Customer Service & Product Care. You will take care of the management of product care and spare parts orders and will have the responsibility to guarantee the dispatch of the same within the agreed times so as to guarantee an optimal service within the store.

How you will contribute

  • Performing daily tracking and quality control of repair orders.
  • Receive and resolve both verbal and written enquires from stockists, end consumers and other departments regarding our products and services.
  • Re-evaluate existing repairs as and when required by editing service requirements and/or pick lists
  • Develop strong product knowledge in order to offer an efficient and proactive service.
    Proceed or return undone repair estimates upon receipt of customers verbal or written instructions.
  • General administration duties as required including but not confined to mail outs, filing and labelling.
  • Carry out any request given by the customers or members of the sales team regarding product care.

Who you are?

A professional with proven experience in customer service or a similar role within retail industry, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and high energy environment, detail oriented with team player mentality and excellent customer care service.

We are looking for a highly developed sense of integrity and commitment of customer satisfaction, demonstrating passion for excellence with respect to managing customer expectations and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally to our teammates and customers.
