Alexander McQueen are in search of a Full Stack AI Development Manager to Lead & Oversee the development of our Corporate Analytics Vision.
Your Opportunity?
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Full Stack AI Development Manager to lead a team of data scientists based in our Central London Head office. The role will be reporting to the AI Senior Manager and be responsible for leading the development of advanced analytics whilst working closely with the Software Engineering team to create advanced tools which will enable stakeholders across Alexander McQueen to make smarter business decisions.
How you will contribute?
Lead cross-disciplinary collaboration between Data Science, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence & Product Management teams to ensure the best in-house products are built.
Conceptualise & Test various machine learning models.
Collaborate with various stakeholders across the business, including Senior Management & Software Engineering to present recommendations & solutions for a wide variety of challenges & critical business requirements.
Ensure the smooth Integration and Implementation of In-House developed algorithms to be used within the production environment.
Understand & Interpret critical business requirements whilst continuously finding solutions.
Manage, mentor & develop a high-performing team of 3-4 engineers.
Who you are?
3 years' experience of working in analytical environments.
Experience within the fashion industry is desirable.
Strong knowledge of Data Models, Statistics (Regression, Clustering, Decision trees, Hypergraphs), Simulation & Scenario Analysis.
Proven experience of relational databases and usage of SQL.
Proficiency with Python.
The ability to play an individual delivery role in executing complex, large analytical and problem-solving modules in different areas.
