Alexander McQueen is currently looking for a driven Graduate Trainee, Merchandiser to be based in our central London offices. This individual will play a key role in our Merchandising team by ensuring accurate and effective management of the dispatch schedule and allocation of stock to all international markets.

How you will contribute:

  • Support the Merchandisers in collating information for seasonal analysis to inform future planning decisions and budget
  • Support the Merchandisers in the review of monthly reporting for each international partner to understand sales pattern by country and initiate further discussion with partner
  • Support Merchandiser by maximising sales potential in each market through use of reports and responding to requests
  • Assist to achieve seasonal sales and profit targets based on seasonal business plan
  • Use analysis of weekly performance to help identify opportunities and take actions to maximise profits
  • Work closely with relevant teams on the stock management and replenishment process, ensuring timely deliveries and that stock levels are optimised
  • Ad-hoc analysis

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrate logical analysis and positive problem-solving skills
