Among the greatest fashion designers of his time, the legacy of his work lives on. 

Alexander McQueen are currently on the lookout for an Experienced Senior Producer to join our Creative Digital Media team based in our Central London HQ. As Senior Producer, you will support with the end-to-end Creative Production Management for all Marketing & Communication assets for Alexander McQueen, guaranteeing that the brand guidelines and creative direction is respected. The role seeks to optimise the asset production cycle and reduce production spend where appropriate, without compromising on quality. 

Your Opportunity?

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the House’s creative vision and bringing it to life. Reporting into the Head of Production, you will be working across various channels & exciting projects commissioned by Alexander McQueen - Including our Runway Shows, Campaigns, Photoshoots & Special Projects.

How you will Contribute?

  • Oversee End-To-End Creative Production, from briefings to final delivery on Major Campaigns including Runway Shows, Campaigns, Photoshoots & Special Projects.

  • Collaborate with the wider Communication team and key stakeholders including Design Merchandising, Retail and Buying teams to identify needs and effectively plan assets to be featured on each marketing channel.

  • Production and Logistics management – Scheduling production teams, venues and freelancers and supporting with creative workflow and asset delivery schedules.

  • Manage workflow across the creative and marketing teams to ensure a seamless process.

  • Manage invoicing and payment with vendors and our in-house finance team.

  • Work to production processes and protocols, and work across the development and implementation of organisational systems and procedures

  • Manage edit process and selects to formats.

  • Manage Post-Production within budget and on time.

  • Manage archiving and support asset management systems.

Who you are?

  • Proven experience within the Creative Production field.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish new relationships with key production stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of improving cost, quality & production cycle time KPIs in a similar environment. 

  • Strong partnerships with significant industry figures (photographers, editors & directors) 

  • Understanding of image rights and licensing. 

  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • You are an experienced problem-solver that can think strategically.

  • You are detail-oriented with strong time management skills.

  • You are solutions focused, with the ability to manage internal and external expectations.

  • You are a challenger who is always looking to exceed desired results.

  • You will be willing to travel for overseas productions.

  • Previous experience in fashion and luxury retail beneficial.
