We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor who will report to Talent and Development Manager based in our central London offices.

Your Opportunity:

Working closely with the Talent and Development Manager to source talent, build candidate pools, enhance the candidate recruitment experience and partner with the business, ensuring recruitment processes are inclusive and appealing. You will be recruiting for UK Corporate head office roles, which also includes Design positions and will be based in the London head office.

How you will contribute:

  • Working with the Talent and Development Manager to support with all Corporate and Design recruitment  

  • You will be building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to understand current and future recruitment needs

  • Proactively look for new ways to source talent with a diversity first lens ensuring job descriptions, branding, processes are inclusive and appealing

  • Using Workday Recruiter (ATS), ensuring all applications are screened and communications sent to candidates

  • Ensure progress is communicated in a timely and effective manner with hiring managers and candidates

  • Support the Talent and Development Manager to map the market creating diverse talent pools for key roles and sourcing strategies

  • You will be building strong relationships with external Designers to create an open line of communication to the business

  • Monitor and track recruitment KPI’s

  • Responsible for putting together the weekly recruitment report to share with UK Corporate HR Director

  • Ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects

Your skills and experience:

  • Previous recruitment experience with design/creative roles   

  • Experience of sourcing in more than one specialism preferred

  • High degree of emotional intelligence, with an eye for talent

  • Excellent business partnering and communication skills, with an ability to interact at all levels of the business

  • Solid and up to date knowledge of recruitment principles and practices

  • Previous experience working with Workday ATS beneficial

  • Confident user of LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Highly proactive

  • Collaborative and flexible to work in groups, or independently with strong interpersonal skills
