Your opportunity
You will co-define and deliver the Regional people agenda, based on the business needs and in compliance with legal obligations, company values and behaviors and HR policies.
How you will contribute
HR Strategy :
- Contribute to the execution of the business plan through the creation and implementation of the People Strategies that attract, develop and retain employees
- Support the organisational short and long term business needs to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities and threats
- Drive flawless execution of Global, Kering and local HR Initiatives
Organization :
- Pro-actively challenge the established organisational structure of the Region to drive superior performance
- Manage effective organisational transformation and change projects using best practice methodologies
- Shape the culture to align with Balenciaga goals & initiatives through supporting & coaching Line managers in their implementation of core people processes
Performance & Talent Management :
- Ensure Performance and Talent Management drive the achievement of business goals through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development
- Lead talent review, implement succession planning and talent management plans that support business goals and Region development
- Ensure People Managers use tools effectively to assist individual and team performance improvement at all levels
Employee Engagement :
- Establish and maintain effective win-win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation
- Promote and foster a culture and environment that is inclusive, productive, open, empowering, safe and equitable and coach others to behave and make decisions in line with Kering Leadership Principles
- Responsible for compliance in HR (policies and practices)
HR data & HR Shared Services :
- Partner with Kering shared services to deliver best in class HR processes
- Responsible for HR forecasting and budgeting and periodic management information reports and analysis
Team Management :
- Manage and grow a high-performing team and foster a fair and respectful environment where each individual's uniqueness is valued
Who you are
- Passionate about fashion houses and creative environments, your interest in the Brand and products will make you a real ambassador of the Maison
- Autonomous, organized and solution driven, you like to navigate in dynamic environments
- Analytical with perseverance and emotional intelligence
- Knowledgeable about Talent Acquisition, Performance and Talent Management, Legal framework and Compensation & Benefits and good understanding of Financial & Non-Financial Business results
- Fluent in English
